Direct and quick peoples: I loved this movie loved it loved it loved it! Once again David Yates hasn't failed me Even though I still consider the Order of the Phoenix adaptation my personal favourite, this sequel trully hasn't let me down: The darkness of the plot, special effects, supporting performances, the little funny bits, flashbacks, all of it! The film is very mature, classy and well done.

I think that what still captivates me of this film is the style that mesmerized me during OoTP, that special style of old memories, flashbacks, keeping the same props as the earlier movies... it gives that sense that you really have to see the other movies to get the hang of it, because otherwise you're lost man! XD Even though i've read all the books and I consider myself a huge fan of the saga, I always used to think that anybody who hasn't and would want to see the newest films wouldn't necessarily have to read the books or see the films to understand it. But now I feel the opposite: If you haven't seen Order of the Phoenix or the other movies, you won't get Half Blood Prince, or at least that's what I think

What I love about Yates is that he redesigned the films to make the audience really feel: this is a saga, this is a whole serie of movies, a whole story. Of all directors who have had the priviledge to adapt Harry Potter, I think he's been the best so far, and I'm so glad that he'll be doing the last two parts.

Now I also have my own fangirl little dessapointments, mostly from bits cut out of the plot, such as: Tonks and Lupin's relationship- because i'm a big fangirl of them-, Fleur and Bill's relationship, Bill and Greyback's fight (especially the whole substory of Greyback and Remus) and Dumbledore's funeral. I am aware that HBP is a massive book with too many subplots and it's elemental for a movie's lenght to sacrifice some parts, but ohh i was very illusioned about this bits and it's such a shame i won't get to see them Maybe they could include some of them in Deathley Hallows, but I prefer not to have big expectations.

I adored Jim Broadbent in his role as Horace Slughorn- I originally loved this actor in Moulin Rouge!-. I had a very different image of the character in my head, but Jim reshaped it in such an unique way. I really liked how he performed it; also the protagonism given to Draco Malfoy as a more serious villain! Tom Felton did a really good job acting out the emotional struggles of the character to secure his mission And omg... HELENA BONHAM CARTER IS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY could've made such a better representation than her as Bellatrix Lestrange. She was simply made for that part! As for more starring parts: Evanna Lynch as Luna is simply the cutest thing ever, and I dare to say I liked Bonny Wright as Ginny! I always hated the character for maybe being too much of a ahemwhore in the books, but the actress gave her a more tender look, and I even felt that she was made for Harry- something I dare to say NEVER felt in the books-.

As for Daniel Radcliffe, I still feel he's a pretty bad actor XD but hey, Rupert is outstanding in his comical parts with Lavender, and on the fainting scene it was SCARY a really good acting! As for Emma Watson, I dunno... I really couldn't believe the frustration of the character for not getting Ron's attention.

Special Effects? Oh guys... that initial scene is simply AMAZIIIINGG. I loved the travelling between London's streets and the destruction of the bridge. Simply mesmerizing! The Quidditch match, the whole rearranging of Slughorn's house, the magic... really good I think these are the most amazing special effects ever scene during the series.

And well... I could go on and on and on and on, but I would bore you too much XD I just want to say: GO WATCH THE MOVIE NOWWWW Is amazing
